Situated in the heart of Victor Harbor, this project is progressing into an impressive coastal transformation.

Stage One involved the complete demolition of the existing interior, with cabinetry, drywall, and ceilings removed to prepare for construction. The team then began framing the new second storey, completing timber structures and window installation.

Stage Two has seen the roof installed, complete with integrated solar panels, while work continues downstairs on internal finishes. The team is now finalising drywall installation and preparing for new electrical power points and fit-offs.
