Construction
Your build is managed with precision by our trusted team of local trades and suppliers.
Our Director, Russell, personally oversees every stage, coordinating each trade, inspecting workmanship and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Progress Meetings and Updates
Throughout construction, we host regular on-site or virtual meetings to review milestones and discuss progress.

Quality Assurance and Handover
As the construction nears completion, we conduct final inspections to ensure that all work meets our high-quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations.

Once approved, your home is professionally cleaned, presented and your keys are handed over.
